Orange Hat Brewing is more than a brewery, it’s a community gathering place. Our team operates across two concepts: Orange Hat Brewing, our craft brewery and taproom, and The Wandery, our cocktail-focused bar located inside the brewery. When applying, you’ll have the option to select the position that best fits your interests and experience:

• Beertender (Orange Hat Brewing) – Our beertenders guide guests through our craft beer lineup, serve pints and flights, and help create the laid-back, welcoming atmosphere our taproom is known for.

• Bartender (The Wandery) – Bartenders at The Wandery focus on craft cocktails and elevated service, creating thoughtful drinks while delivering a great bar experience.

• Kitchen BOH (Back of House) – Our kitchen team prepares and executes the menu that pairs with our beer and bar program, keeping quality and consistency at the center of every dish.

• Kitchen FOH (Front of House) – Food runners and kitchen front-of-house staff help connect the kitchen to our guests, delivering food, assisting with service flow, and making sure everything gets to the table quickly and correctly.​
